BG-LOOK.COM gives the opportunity if you are not satisfied to return the purchased product(s) and to receive your money back if the product(s) is kept in its original appearance, package and quality.The purchased product(s) which can be turn back is(are) this one (these) which is(are) not treated /washed, ironed, cut or something to be done that can destroy its(their) entity, removing labels as well/.

Turning back a product(s) is(are) at your expense. 

You can return the purchsed product(s) within 14 days from the day when received to the following address (the product must be sent with filled Return form which can be downloaded from here):

1. Bank transfer (please send us an e-mail with your personal and bank details). Bank charges will be at customer's expenses.
